How Can swelling In The Legs Along With Abdominal Cramps Be Treated?

Hi I am 24 years of age I am currently 5 days late with menstrual. I have been experiencing cramps as if it is going to start, but it has not. I have taken 2 pregnancy test and they were both negative. I have pressure in my stomach and also I noticed swelling in my legs along with thigh and left arm pain. I am concerned.

you take pantoprazole and domperidone combination drug twice a day for 3days empty stomach
take lasilactone in the morning for two days
